2. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery to:

  • All counties within Kenya
  • Select international destinations (please contact us for availability)

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners such as:

  • G4S
  • Fargo Courier
  • Wells Fargo
  • DHL (for international deliveries)

Orders may be delivered to your doorstep, office, or nearest courier collection point, depending on your location and courier coverage.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight/volume
  • Courier service level (standard or express)

Fees are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number (where available) via SMS or email. You may use it to track the progress of your shipment directly on the courier's website.

8. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or contact you. Nyundoo is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information
  • Additional charges for redelivery in such cases

9. International Shipping

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in your country.
  • We will provide all necessary shipping and invoice documents.
  • International delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance procedures.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and clear photos (for damaged goods).
  • We will liaise with the courier to investigate and either resend or refund the affected items, based on the outcome.

11. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
